Friday, Feb. 8	5:05pm - arrival School bus to airport Host families – please be at RCHS by 7pm waiting for your student (signs, flowers, etc. would be great!) Saturday, Feb. 9	Host families – plan something fun (maybe downtown); group activities are encouraged but need to be approved by Suddeth. Chaperones – Jill Beach will pick up teachers at 2pm and take them to Hindu Temple in Lilburn	Host families – plan something fun (maybe downtown); group activities are encouraged but need to be approved by Suddeth. Chaperones – Dinner with Jill Beach at Café Lily in Decatur; will return teachers to host family	Beach cell: Suddeth cell: 678-873-6749 Arnold cell: 404-275-2399
Sunday, Feb. 10	Host families – plan something fun (maybe downtown); group activities are encouraged but need to be approved by Suddeth Chaperones – Nathalie Smalls will pick up teachers and take them to 10:30am church service; Mary Ann Suddeth will meet them for lunch by Stonecrest Mall	5:00pm-7:00pm Magnet Family Chili Supper Chaperones – Mary Ann Suddeth will transport teachers to and from chili supper	Magnet students should purchase tickets for family and French student. Magnet students should assist French students with PowerPoint presentations.
Monday, Feb. 11 ODD Schedule	·         8:00 - Welcome Reception in media center ·         9:00 – tour of school with Mrs. Suddeth and Mrs. Hudson (French only) ·         9:30 – Attend 3rd period class ·         11:00 – Attend 5th period class and eat lunch in RCHS cafeteria ·         1:30 – Magnet presentations in theater (all classes welcome to attend)	Home with host families Group activities are encouraged but need to be approved by Suddeth Teen Court at 5pm is an option! Chaperones- Home from school with Nancy Newman 6pm – Dinner at Ceciliani’s house	Magnet students will miss part of 1st and 7th period Magnet Fund will coordinate and pay for breakfast reception. Students will eat lunch at RCHS – host families should pack lunch or send money Newmans will bring chaperones to school each morning.
Tuesday, Feb. 12 EVEN Schedule	·         7:45 – arrive at school and check in with Suddeth in front lobby ·         8:05 - Students attend 1st period classes ·         9:00 – Magnet students take AMC in theater; French students work on presentations in room 711 ·         11:15 – Students attend 4th period classes and eat lunch in RCHS cafeteria ·         1:30 – Attend 6th period class or work on presentations in room 711	Home with host families Group activities are encouraged but need to be approved by Suddeth. Chaperones – Home with Nancy Newman after school 6pm – Dinner with Jan Zantinga’s family	Magnet students will miss TTE and 2nd period due to AMC Students will eat lunch at RCHS – host families pack lunch or send money
Wednesday, Feb. 13 ODD Schedule	·         8:00 –French students go to theater to set up for presentations; magnet students go to 1st period ·         8:55 – French presentations in theater (host families and magnet classes invited to attend) ·         11:00 – Meet in front lobby to depart for Train Depot/Welcome Center Visit (French only) ·         12:00 – City Reception at Club 908 (all students) ·         1:30 – Attend 7th period class	Home with host families Chaperones – Home with Nancy Newman after school 6pm – Dinner with magnet teachers	Magnet students will miss TTE and 3rd and 5th period City of Conyers will sponsor luncheon.
Thursday, Feb. 14 EVEN Schedule	·         7:45 – arrive at school and check in with Suddeth in front lobby ·         8:15 – French students only depart for Georgia Tech campus tour ·         11:00 – lunch at MLK center ·         12:00 – MLK activities (French only) ·         3:00 – Return to RCHS and meet back with host student	Home with host families Chaperones – Home with Nancy Newman (dinner with Newman family tonight)	Magnet students will not miss any classes today!
Friday, Feb. 15 ODD Schedule	·         7:45 – arrive at school and check in with Suddeth in front lobby ·         8:00 – Attend 1st period class followed by TTE ·         9:30 – Attend 3rd period class ·         11:00 – Attend 5th period class and lunch in RCHS Cafeteria ·         1:30 – Attend 7th period class	Home with host families after school Farewell Party at ?????? Chaperones – Home with Nancy Newman after school; attend farewell party with students	Magnet students will not miss any classes today! Students will eat lunch at RCHS – host families should pack lunch or send money
Saturday, Feb. 16	4:30pm Departure Meet at airport 2:00pm by Delta International Check-In Area	Chaperones – Mary Ann Suddeth can drive teachers to airport
